Senator Brewer amendment

Mr. Brewer moves to amend the bill in section 2, by inserting after the word “voters”, in line 3, the following words:- “of the town of Wales”; and

in section 3, by inserting after the word “certificate”, in line 24, the following words:- “, either by hand or by certified mail, return receipt requested”; and

in section 5, by inserting after the word “election”, in line 41, the following words:- “either by hand or by certified mail, return receipt requested”.
