Federal Fire Fighter Service Time Buy Back

Mr. Hunt of Boston moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:

"SECTION 13. All Federal Fire Fighters, past and present, may buy back their years of service through their own deferred compensation plan, and apply it toward their state, city, or authority retirement time, at no cost to anyone or any agency."
