Economic Impact

Mr. Tarr moves to amend the bill by inserting, in line 137, after the word “an”, the following words:-“evaluation of the economic impact of the collection, recycling and educational outreach programs and”; and further by inserting, in line 176, after the word “including”, the following words:- “any adverse economic impact and”.
