Ipswich recal elections

Mr. Tarr moves to amend the bill in section 1, by inserting after the word “felony”, in line 9, the following words:- “while in office”; and

in said section 1, by inserting after the word “Laws”, in line 10, the following words:- “, while in office”; and

in said section 1, by striking out, in line 12, the words “while presently in office”; and

in said section 1, by striking out, in line 82, the words “within three (3) months after taking” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- “not sooner than 3 months after such official takes”.
