Case Worker Verification For Economic Opportunity Assistance

Ms. Cole of Peabody moves to amend the bill in Section 9, by inserting after the word “perjury”, in line 145, the following:- “;provided further, that case workers shall directly contact the signer of the work participation forms to verify all information contained on the form.  All work participation forms listing online job applications as compliance with the work requirement must be accompanied by a copy of the online job application.”
