Transportation Availability for Employment

Representatives Kaufman of Lexington, Balser of Newton, Cullinane of Boston, Livingstone of Boston, Gordon of Bedford, Hecht of Watertown, Lewis of Winchester, Keefe of Worcester, Andrews of Orange, Decker of Cambridge, Rogers of Cambridge, Farley-Bouvier of Pittsfield and Provost of Somerville moves to amend the bill in section 11, by inserting in line 180 after the phrase "as specified in 106 CMR 203.500(a)(5)" the following:- "The department shall consider the availability of transportation in developing the pathways to self-sufficiency program in an effort to eliminate transportation as a barrier to employment."
