Amendment #22 to S1806

Representatives Diehl of Whitman and O'Connell of Taunton moves to amend the bill by inserting the following at the end of subsections p, q, r and s of SECTION 4:-

"and to every house or senate member who makes a request for said report, with no fee requirement attached for any such request. There shall be a retroactive refund of any and all fees charged to any sitting house or senate members for information provided by any and all agencies associated with the administration of transitional aid, by said agency".
