Amendment to SECTION 10

Representatives O'Connell of Taunton, Cole of Peabody, Diehl of Whitman, Kuros of Uxbridge and Lyons of Andover moves to amend the bill in SECTION 10, Section 33, by inserting after the word “sources”, in line 166, the following:- “; and (viii) reports of case workers of potential cases of fraud”, and by striking out, in line 170, the words “as necessary” and inserting in place thereof the following “on a monthly basis”.
