Amendment to SECTION 16

Representatives O'Connell of Taunton, Cole of Peabody, Diehl of Whitman, Kuros of Uxbridge and Lyons of Andover moves to amend the bill in SECTION 16, by striking out, in lines 259 and 260 and line 272, the words “to the extent feasible” and inserting in place thereof the following: “Case workers shall directly contact the employers on the list to verify all information provided by the recipient.  All listings of online job applications shall be accompanied by a copy of the online job application.”
