24-month education amendment

Mr. Cabral of New Bedford moves to amend the bill in SECTION 16 by striking, in lines 270 to 280, the words, “an accredited community college”, and inserting in place thereof the following words, “the University of Massachusetts, a state university, a community college or a certificate program”
