Fire Safety Improvements

Mr. Richard T. Moore moves to amend the amendment by inserting after section 33 the following 2 sections:-

“SECTION 33A.  Item 8324-0000 of said section 2 of said chapter 139 is hereby amended by adding the following words:-  ; and provided further, that $50,000 shall be expended for conceptual planning and development for fire safety improvements in the town of Dudley.              SECTION 33B.  Said item 8324-0000 of said section 2 of said chapter 139 is hereby further amended by striking out the figure amended by striking out the figure ‘$18,513,773” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:-  $18,563,773.”
