Pequot Pond

Mr. Knapik moves to amend the amendment by inserting at the end thereof the following new section:-

SECTION X. Item 2200-0100 in section 2 of Chapter 139 of the Acts of 2012 is hereby amended by adding the following words:-

“; provided further, that not less than $25,000 shall be expended for the aquatic vegetation management program at Pequot Pond at Hampton Ponds State Park in the city of Westfield”
