Prison Mitigation

Mr. Ross  and Ms. Chandler moves to amend the amendment in section 47, by inserting after the figure “2011” the following words:- “; provided further, that the department shall expend no less than the amount provided for in chapter 61 of the acts of 2007 to the municipality hosting the Bay State Correctional Center”
