CERTIFICATE FEE

Mr. Hedlund moves to amend the amendment by inserting, after section_____, the following new section:

“SECTION ____.  Section 104 of Chapter 68 of the Acts of 2011 is hereby amended by adding the following words:- ; provided further, that the amount of said fee for said certificate shall not exceed $25.00; and provided further, that this section shall not apply to a building, structure or portions thereof used principally as a house of worship, public school building, municipal council on aging, or veterans’ service organization.
