Orange Rehabilitation Program

Mr. Rosenberg moves to amend the amendment in section 2, in item 7004-0043, by inserting after the word “Development”, in line 178, following:- “provided further, that not less than $500,000 shall be expended for the acquisition and rehabilitation of foreclosed, distressed and abandoned properties in the town of Orange”
