Mr. Downing moves to amend the amendment in line item 7004-0040, by inserting at the end thereof the following:- “; provided further that not less than $200,000 be provided to ServiceNet for facility renovations and safety upgrades at the Barton’s Crossing emergency homeless and transitional housing shelter in the city of Pittsfield;”
