Sick leave bank for Jeanette Cruz, an employee of the Department of Unemployment Assistance

Mr. Brewer recommends that the bill be amended by striking out, in line 1, the words “, rule or regulation”; and

by inserting, before the enacting clause, the following emergency preamble:-

Whereas, The deferred operation of this act would tend to defeat its purpose, which is to establish forthwith a sick leave bank for a certain employee of the department of unemployment assistance, therefore it is hereby declared to be an emergency law, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public convenience.
