Disabled Veteran Waiver

Messrs. Ross and Tarr move to amend the bill by inserting the following new section:-

SECTION XX. Section 38 of Chapter 262 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2010 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting the following subjection:-

(a)No fee for recording a declaration of homestead shall be issued to a disabled veteran, as defined in section 1 of chapter 31.
