Increasing Annuity to Gold Star Mothers

Mr. Chan moves to amend the bill by inserting after section 21 the following new sections:-

SECTION 22A. Section 6B of Chapter 115 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2012 edition, is hereby amended by in lines 18, 26 and 33 by striking out the figures “$2,000” and inserting in place thereof the following figures “$2,500”.

SECTION 22B. Section 22A will go into effect on July 1, 2014.
