Amendment #15 to S1885

Soldiers' Homes

Mr. Bradley of Hingham moves to amend the bill by adding at the end thereof the following section:

SECTION XX. Section 16 of chapter 6A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2012 Official Edition, is hereby amended in line 31, by inserting after the word “blind” the word:--

“and”;

and in lines 32-33 by striking out the words:--

“and the Soldiers’ Home in Massachusetts and the Soldiers’ Home in Holyoke”;

and in line 35 by inserting after the word “Governor” the following words:--

“which shall include the Soldiers’ Home in Massachusetts and the Soldiers’ Home in Holyoke”.
