Amendment #19 to S1885

Lt. David C. Hall Memorial Train Station

Mr.  Cutler of Duxbury moves to amend the bill by inserting at the end thereof the following new section:-

 

SECTION XXXX. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the Commuter Rail Station in the town of Hanson shall be dedicated and known as the Lieutenant David C. Hall, United States Army, memorial train station in memory of United States Army Lieutenant David C. Hall, who was killed in action in South Vietnam on August 29th, 1967. The Massachusetts Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain suitable markers bearing that designation in compliance with the standards of the department.
