Suicide Prevention for National Guard Members

Representatives O'Day of West Boylston and Naughton of Clinton moves to amend the bill by adding at the end the following:

“Section XX: Line Item 4513-1026 of Chapter 38 of the Acts of 2013 is hereby amended by adding at the end the following:-

“provided further, that funds shall be expended for a collaboration between the University of Massachusetts Medical School, the Military Division of the Commonwealth, and the Department of Veterans Services for the purpose of prevention of suicide among members of the Massachusetts National Guard” and striking the following figure “$3,863,305” and inserting in place thereof the following:- “3,963,305.””
