Mr. Welch moves to amend the amendment by inserting at the end thereof the following new section:-

Section XX: Item 7004-0099 of section 2 of the 139 of the acts of 2012 is hereby amended by striking the figure “$7,289,734”, and inserting in the place thereof the following figure “$7,339,894”, and by adding the following words:- “,and provided further the $50,160 shall be expended for the Mom Squad program at Square One of Springfield”
