Massachusetts Historic Rehabilitation Tax Credit

Ms. Donoghue moves to amend the amendment by adding the following sections:-

SECTION XXX. Section 6J of chapter 62 of the General Laws as appearing in the 2012 Official Edition is hereby amended by striking out in line 37 the words “December 31, 2017” and inserting in place thereof the following:  - December 31, 2020.

SECTION XXX. Section 38R of chapter 63 of the General Laws as appearing in the 2012 Official Edition is hereby amended by striking out in line 36 the words “December 31, 2017” and inserting in place thereof the following: -December 31, 2020.
