Brownfields Redevelopment Fund

Messrs. Downing, Michael O. Moore, Wolf, Finegold, Donnelly and Eldridge, Ms. Candaras, Ms. Lovely, Ms. Forry, Ms. Jehlen and Ms. O'Connor Ives move to amend the amendment by inserting at the end thereof the following new section:-

SECTION XX. Notwithstanding any general or special laws to the contrary, no later than 10 days after the effective date of this act, the comptroller shall transfer $28,000,000 from the General Fund to the Brownfields Redevelopment  Fund established pursuant to section 29A of chapter 23G of the General Laws.
