Redraft Amendment 12

Regarding Confidentiality of Documentation

Mr. Keenan moves to amend the bill in line 93 by striking out the words “(ii) otherwise required by applicable federal or state law” and inserting in place thereof the following words: -

"(ii) ordered to be released by a court of competent jurisdiction;

(iii) otherwise required by applicable federal or state law; or

(iv) as required in the course of an investigation by the attorney general".
