Batterer Intervention Filing of Judicial Findings

Ms. Decker of Cambridge moves to amend the bill by adding the following new proviso to Section 13M paragraph (c) thereof; -

provided, that the court shall file a signed copy of such findings with the chief administrator of the trial court department or his/her designee within a reasonable time of said findings’ issuance from the court.
