Batterer Intervention Filing of Judicial Findings

Ms. Decker of Cambridge moves to amend the bill by adding the following new proviso to Section 24 thereof at the end of Section 13M paragraph (c); -

provided further, that the court shall file a signed copy of such findings with the chief administrator of the trial court department or his/her designee within a reasonable time of said findings’ issuance from the court.
