Probate and family court members on state review team

Mr. Garballey of Arlington moves to amend the bill by inserting, in line 105, after “Massachusetts District Attorney Association;” the following:-

"a member selected by the Massachusetts Legal Assistance Corporation who represents domestic violence survivors in domestic relations proceedings;” and by striking, in line 107, the numeral "2," and replacing it with the numeral "3;" and by inserting, in line 108, after “the chief justice of the trial court or a designee,” the following:-

“one of whom shall be the chief justice of the Probate and Family Court or a designee.”
