Domestic Violence Tranining as it relates to different cultiues and languages

Mr. Chan of Quincy moves to amend the bill by inserting in section 8, in line 316, by inserting after the words "victim" the following words "the challengers of domestic violence victims who come from different cultures and speak different languages".
