Efficacy of Products

Mr. Richard T. Moore move to amend the amendment in section 27, in the second paragraph, by adding the following sentence:- “The board, in consultation with the department of public health and the advisory committee, shall promulgate regulations, requiring a hospital pharmacy to affix a label, to the maximum extent feasible,  to notify prescribed users and practitioners that the drug is either a sterile or non-sterile compounded drug preparation.”
