Record of Defective Preparation Log

Ms. Clark and Mr. Montigny move to amend the amendment in section 18, by striking out, in line 308, the words “and shall be kept on record for at least 2 years” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- “. Defective preparation logs shall be kept on record by the board indefinitely and shall be kept on record by the pharmacy for at least 10 years”
