Mr. Speliotis of Danvers moves to amend the bill Mr. Speliotis of Danvers moves to amend Senate, No. 1918 by striking out section 2 and inserting in place thereof the following section:-

“SECTION 2. This act shall take effect on August 1, 2015.”
