Further Amendment 1.2

Tipped Wages

Mr. Tarr moves to further amend amendment #1 by striking the text and inserting in place thereof the following:-

“SECTION XX. Section 7 of Chapter 151 of the General Laws is hereby amended by striking the following words in lines 29-31:- “the cash wage required to be paid such an employee on July 1, 1999”

and inserting in place thereof the following words:- “35% of the wage in effect under section 1”.
