Addressing Energy Costs

Messrs. Tarr and Ross move to amend the bill by inserting after section _ the following section:-

“Section _.  Subsection (c) of section 11F of chapter 25A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2012 Official Edition, is hereby amended in clause (6) by striking out sub-clauses (ii) and (iii) in their entirety.
