Keeping Working People Off of Public Assistance

Ms. Chang-Diaz moves to amend the bill by adding at the end thereof the following:-

“SECTION 9. Said section 1 of said chapter 151 is hereby further amended by striking out the figure “11.00”, inserted by section 3, and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- 12.25.

SECTION 10. Said section 1 of said chapter 151 is hereby further amended by striking out the figure “12.25”, inserted by section 9, and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- 13.50.

SECTION 11. Section 9 shall take effect on January 1, 2017.

SECTION 12. Section 10 shall take effect on January 1, 2018.”
