Early Voting Polling Places

Mr. Donnelly moves to amend the amendment in SECTION 11 by inserting in line 102, after the word “site.” the following text:-“In a city with a population of at least 75,000 residents according to the most recent enumerated federal census, the registrars of each city or town shall identify and provide for at least 3 early voting polling sites. The sites must be geographically distributed so as to provide all voters in the city or town an equal opportunity to cast a ballot, insofar as is practicable.”
