Regarding removal from the inactive voter rolls

Messrs. Keenan and Donnelly move to amend the amendment in Section 4 by striking the words “the next 2 general elections for federal office” in lines 32 and 33, and inserting in place thereof the following:

-“any general or special election before the time that the next 2 general elections for federal office have elapsed”

And further in Section 5 by inserting after the word “list” in line 47, the following:

-“; provided however that an inactive voter shall be returned to the voting list upon voting in a general or special election for any municipal, state or federal office.”
