Privacy protection for 16 year olds

Mr. Humason moves to amend the amendment by inserting in line 74 after the word “status” the following sentence:-“The portal shall not display any biographical information of a person that is subject to chapter 51 Section 4(a) with the designation “pre-registrant” or other term or code as specified by the state secretary.”
