Affirming biographical portal information

Mr. Humason moves to amend the amendment by striking in lines 67-70 the following, “The portal shall subsequently display whether a voter with that name, date of birth and residential zip code is registered to vote, whether the registration of the voter is active or inactive pursuant to section 37A, the polling location for the voter and state and federal elected officials who represent the voter.,” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- “The portal shall subsequently display whether a voter with that name, date of birth and residential zip code is registered to vote, whether the registration of the voter is active or inactive pursuant to section 37A, the party or political designation of the voter, the polling location for the voter and state and federal elected officials who represent the voter.”
