Voter Identification Study

Mr. Ross moves to amend the amendment in section 14, by inserting, after clause (viii) in subsection (a), the following new clause:- (ix) the feasibility and state and local cost of requiring any person who casts a ballot during the early voting period pursuant to section 25B of chapter 54 of the General Laws to present a valid photo identification.
