Project Selection Criteria

Messrs. Tarr and Wolf move to amend the bill in section 21, in proposed subsection (e) of section 6 of chapter 29C of the General Laws, by striking out clause (vi) and inserting in place thereof the following clause:- “(vi) the project is intended to provide public water supply to consumers whose groundwater or public or private wells are impacted by contamination;”
