Regional Water Entity Reimbursement Fund

Mr. Michael O. Moore, Ms. Chandler, Messrs. Montigny and Welch and Ms. Candaras move to amend the bill in section 15, by adding the following sentence:- “An equivalent amount of funding shall be appropriated to reimburse non-MWRA communities and districts for their costs incurred to rehabilitate collection systems and reduce inflow and infiltration tributary to their respective wastewater treatment facilities.”
