Mr. Rodrigues moves to amend the bill by inserting, after SECTION 6, the following section:-

SECTION__. Said section 31 of said chapter 21, as so appearing, is hereby further amended by striking, in line 5,the word ”fifteen” and inserting in place thereof the following word:- thirty.
