Mr. Tarr moves to amend the bill by striking in Section 10, lines 85-87, the following words:-  “include a requirement that system interruption devices be inspected at least every 3 years by an irrigation contractor certified and in good standing with a nationally recognized association; and (iii)” and moves to further amend the bill in Section 10, line 85, by inserting after the word “practice;” the following word: “and”
