Mr. Tarr moves to amend the bill in Section 3, in line 28, by inserting after the word “channels;” the following words:-“the development of renewable energy uses, including, but not limited to, the installation of solar panels;” and moves to further amend the bill, in Section 3, in line 34, by striking the word “shall” and inserting in place thereof the following word:- “may”
