Ms. Candaras, Messrs. Welch, Downing, Humason and Michael O. Moore move to amend the bill in section 8, by inserting after the word “system”, in line, 58, the following words:- “or enter into a contract with any entity”; and

in said section 8, by striking out, in line 62, the words “. The department” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- “or an entity. The department”; and

in said section 8, by striking out, in line 64, the word “. Should” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- “or entity. Should”; and

in said section 8, by striking out, in line 65, the word “after” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- “or entity after”.
