Watershed Permitting Approach

Messrs. Wolf and Montigny move to amend the bill by inserting in line 10, after “2015,” the following: “provided further, the department shall develop a watershed permitting approach to address nitrogen management measures and the department shall report to the Joint Committee on Environment, Natural Resources & Agriculture by July 31, 2015 on any statutory changes it deems necessary to fully implement said watershed permitting approach”
