Ms. Chandler and Mr. Michael O. Moore move to amend the bill in section 49,by inserting after the word “Laws,” in line 487, the following words:-

“and with input from a stakeholder group including representatives of municipal and district drinking water, wastewater and stormwater systems, financial managers of such systems and environmental organizations,”
