Upgrades to Sewer Treatment Plant in the city of Gardner

Mr. Zlotnik of Gardner moves to amend the bill in Section 2A by inserting the following item:- 

xxxx-xxxxx:  that not less than $15,000,000 shall be expended for upgrades to the Sewer

Treatment Plant in the city of Gardner.
